By accessing and using Urban Sprouts Play facilities located at 120 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 1J9, Canada, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, parents, guardians, children, and users of our indoor children's amusement park facilities, including all playground zones, creative workshops, climbing areas, and special events.

2. Facility Usage and Safety

Urban Sprouts Play is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all children and families. All visitors must comply with our safety guidelines and facility rules at all times.

• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in our facility
• All safety equipment must be used properly and as instructed by our staff
• Age restrictions for different play zones must be strictly observed
• Visitors must follow all posted safety signs and instructions from staff members
• Unsafe behavior, running in non-designated areas, or misuse of equipment is prohibited
• Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas
• Proper attire including closed-toe shoes is required for all climbing activities

3. Age Requirements and Supervision

Our facility is designed for children aged 12 months to 14 years. Different areas of our facility have specific age requirements for safety reasons.

• Toddler zones (12 months - 3 years): Designed specifically for younger children
• General play areas (3-12 years): Age-appropriate equipment and activities
• Advanced climbing zones (8-14 years): Higher difficulty levels requiring enhanced supervision
• All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older)
• One adult must supervise no more than 4 children at any time

4. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

By using our facilities, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with physical activity and playground use. While we maintain high safety standards, physical activity inherently involves some risk of injury.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's safety and behavior
• Urban Sprouts Play is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines
• We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow all safety regulations
• All visitors participate in activities at their own risk
• Medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed to staff

5. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment is required before facility access is granted. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

• Daily passes, monthly memberships, and event packages are available
• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect pre-paid services
• Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase with valid reason
• Birthday party packages require 48-hour cancellation notice for refunds
• Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• No refunds for partial use of daily passes or missed sessions

6. Behavior and Conduct

We maintain a family-friendly environment and expect all visitors to behave respectfully and considerately toward other guests and our staff members.

• Inappropriate language, aggressive behavior, or harassment will not be tolerated
• Visitors must respect facility property and equipment
• Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only
• Commercial photography requires prior written permission
• Lost or damaged property may result in replacement charges
• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove disruptive visitors

7. Health and Medical Considerations

For the safety of all visitors, we maintain strict health and cleanliness standards. Certain health conditions may restrict facility use.

• Visitors showing signs of illness should not enter the facility
• All equipment is regularly sanitized according to health department guidelines
• Children with contagious conditions are not permitted in the facility
• Medical emergencies will be handled by trained staff and emergency services
• Parents must inform staff of any relevant medical conditions or allergies
• First aid is available on-site with trained staff members
